I suoni di quella canzone sinceramente erano abbastanza forti e un pò diversi per il periodo. Non è stato un Rick Astley a livello di base da copiare, però per il periodo che si stava affacciando era un gradino sopra ad altri. iniziava l’era dei commercialissimi 86/87, preceduta da grandi come Kissing The pink, per poi entrare nell’era Pump Up the volume

Alan Parson’s Project – Eye in the Sky – Mammagamma

Eye in the Sky è probabilmente l’album più famoso e da alcuni considerato il più rappresentativo dell’Alan Parsons Project.

Pubblicato nel 1982, è considerato uno dei dischi più importanti per la musica contemporanea.
Contiene infatti la prima traccia totalmente suonata da un computer nella storia della musica leggera (Mammagamma), a dimostrazione di come l’Alan Parsons Project fosse aperto ad ogni tipo di sperimentazione.

Eye in the Sky contiene il successo maggiore dei Project, la traccia che dà il nome all’album che ha come cantante principale Eric Woolfson ed è arrivata al terzo posto sulla classifica di Billboard.

Il sito http://cristianogatti.it, nasce nel 2009 pochi giorni dopo la morte di Michael Jackson, RIP. In quesi giorni un pò tristi decisi di dedicare, come fecero tantissimi, un video al RE

Da quel giorno non feci che riascoltare musica anni 80 e decisi  di dedicare il mio poco tempo a ciò che avrei voluto fare da anni,  cioè un sitarello che conteneva qualche ricordo, qualche canzone e link a video di musica che hanno segnato gli anni più strani della mia vita, l’infanzia e l’adolescenza con grande musica.

In questo sito mi sono  limitato a raccogliere con massima cura, faccio quel che posso, video musica anni 80. Video 80 già presenti in rete e ad inserire un piccolo commento.

Tengo a precisare che questo non è il classico sito anni 80 con una bella lista di cartoni animati, musica, film, personaggi trash e non, di quel periodo.
